Aiming for Activities in Cooperation with Communities

In Cambodia which does not have a base for activities such as a permanent training center, former trainees who underwent training in Japan are promoting in cooperation the activities in each community. The fellows who enliven the activities together are more powerful than anything else for continuing the activities in coordination with schools aside from their main work. We are aiming to strengthen a cooperative system appealing school teachers and university students for their active participation.

In the back low are OISCA coordinators, teachers and university students who cooperate in activities. Without their help, it is difficult to promote CFP activities.

Cambodia has a sad past in which during the Pol Pot Regime, community ties and culture were destroyed. We intend to expand the circle of cooperation so that we would be able to improve momentum for tackling across the region environmental conservation with schools as bases for activities.
